Our sessions focus on:
- Skill Deconstruction: Breaking down complex movements into specific, manageable components.
- Purposeful Repetition: Reinforcing skills until they become second nature.
- Game Application: Integrating small-area games into every practice to ensure skills translate to real-game scenarios
Group 1: Squirts/Peewees
Focus: 1.5 Hour Elite Skill Development
Dates: July 21st - August 25th (Tuesday & Thursdays)
Total Sessions: 9
Times: First 4 Sessions: 9:15 am -10:45 am
Remaining 5 Sessions: 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Focus: 1.5 Hour Elite Skill Development
